Shipping Policy
For standard delivery, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing and additional time for shipping.
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Orders placed on Friday, on weekends, or on national holidays are processed on the next business day.
You can see the shipping cost by proceeding to checkout and entering the shipping address and payment information on the first step of checkout.
At JOY Professional Nail System, we currently ship orders within the United States only. All shipments are handled exclusively through UPS, ensuring reliable and fast delivery to our customers nationwide.
 
Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods.
 
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via:
 
UPS Standard Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
  • 2–5 business days for most continental U.S. orders
  • Remote locations may require additional time
Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
 
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  • order weight
  • shipping distance
  • UPS pricing

U.S. Delivery Only
We currently do not ship internationally.
No shipping to:
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • Europe
  • Asia
  • Any U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
Shipping is available only within the 50 U.S. states.
 
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
JOY Professional Nail System is not responsible for:
  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • packages returned to sender
  • additional shipping fees due to address errors
If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee.
 
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once the package is transferred to UPS, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your package is:
  • lost,
  • missing,
  • marked as delivered but not received,
  • damaged,
please contact UPS directly to open a claim:

We will assist you in providing any documents needed for your claim.
 
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
  • the UPS tracking number
  • a direct link to the UPS tracking page
You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.
