At JOY Professional Nail System, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns and refunds work for orders placed on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
Items cannot be returned if they have been:

used

tested

damaged after delivery

altered from their original condition
For hygienic and safety reasons, all nail products (including gels, liquids, brushes, tools, and accessories) must remain 100% sealed to qualify for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

sale or clearance items

digital products

gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

the damaged product
-
the outer packaging
-
the shipping label
We will replace the affected items free of charge.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/processor).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
